INDIAN PALE ALE
Did you know that when the British Colonial soldiers were travelling to India via ships, the beer barrels on voyage to India started getting stale due to the duration of the voyage.
The colonial soldiers did not have any choice during the the voyage and had to drink the stale beer, which gave birth to the Indian Pale Ale. They got so used to the stale beer taste because of the voyage that the colonial soldiers insisted on having the same taste and breweries had to make the beer stale to make it into an IPA. Sit back and watch our professional bartenders as they mix, shake and pour this delicious drink into your glass. Now sip it slowly and enjoy.
